Looking ahead: June 6 Field Day

When visiting the Conley School we have a new procedure for checking in. Once inside the double doors, you will be asked to scan your driver's license then answer some basic questions on where you will be during your visit. Once you have scanned and answered the questions, a nametag will print for you. When your visit is over, please be sure to exit from the same door and scan your license again. This will ensure that you are signed out. We thank you for your cooperation in our new system. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Ms. Christi in the main office.

BTSD Summer Academies

The Bethlehem Township School District will be hosting several Summer Academies this year. Please click here to access a Smore page describing each academy, the grade levels permitted to attend, and the registration form. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Please note, each child may only be registered for one academy.

Our beloved Spring Book Fair will run from May 22nd - 25th to fill your bookshelves with great summer reads! E-wallet information and volunteer sign-ups will be available soon! https://www.scholastic.com/bf/btpta

Our final Staff Appreciation event is coming soon! Because of state testing, we will be celebrating Staff Appreciation Week the week of May 22-May 25. Staff will be treated to a week of surprises and a catered lunch. Your child can also shower their teachers and staff members with appreciation by writing them a thank you letter, drawing them a picture, bringing them a flower picked from your yard, or doing something helpful around the classroom without being asked. There are hundreds of ways your child can be creative and show their appreciation. Donations towards the PTA Staff Appreciation Week activities can be made at: https://www.btpta.org/product/teacher/

SIGN UP FOR SUMMER CAMPS 2023

Dear Parents/Guardians:

Please see the updated information below regarding Summer Camp:

The deadline for submitting forms and payments is next Thursday, May 25, 2023.

1. Important - This is a reminder to parents/guardians that if you are filling out the registration form(s) for camp, it does not guarantee a spot in a particular camp until your payment is submitted. I encourage you to send in payment as soon as possible if you have already filled out a form but have not submitted the payment. Those who have submitted a payment(s) have received an email from me confirming payment.

2. Camp Creativity - The p.m. session of Camp Creativity is full. We are no longer accepting registrations or payments for this camp.

3. Camp Happy Times - Week 1 - June 12-16, 2023 - The 1st week of Camp Happy Times is full. We are no longer accepting registrations or payments for this camp.

4. Camp Happy Times - Week 2 - June 19-23, 2023 - The 2nd week of Camp Happy Times is full. We are no longer accepting registrations or payments for this camp.

5. Camp Fun - Week 2 - June 19-23, 2023 - The 1st week of Camp Fun is full. We are no longer accepting registrations or payments for this camp.

6. Camp Fun Week 2, Sports and Games (both weeks), and Basketball Camp (both weeks) There are limited spots still available for these camps. Sign up and send payment as soon as possible.

7. Arcade Arcadia (all sessions), Garden Gurus, Camp Longhorn and the morning session of Camp Creativity - These camps are in danger of being canceled due to lack of participants. Sign up and send payment as soon as possible.

Please note - If you have signed up your child/ren for a particular camp, we will notify you if it gets canceled due to not having enough participants.
