Learning Lab Recap

Another week has come and gone and the students of TerraNichol Academy continue to grow and flourish. This week students were creatively making masterpieces for the ones they love most-their adoring parents. The results are fabulous and we are excited to share them with all of you. Exploring peppermint scented water was a favorite this week as students scooped, filled and enjoyed the scent. We were also busy with peppermint and gingerbread play dough adding sequence and jingle bells to our play dough sculptures. Did you notice the goopey holiday slime!? It was the perfect consistency for students to shape with a variety of cookie cutters!

Students also worked on making cards for Addie a 6 year old girl suffering from a terminal brain disorder. Her wish this holiday season was to receive cards from all around the country. She will be receiving quite a few from our caring students.

Miss Barbara was here for our world music workshop and we were all excited to explore with her drums!!!! We sounded like a professional band!

We are changing the world one lesson at a time. We plant seeds of knowledge that will grow forever. We keep calm and teach on.
