Water Bottles

Staying hydrated is an essential and often overlooked aspect of maintaining good health. Hydration can affect memory, mood, concentration, and reaction time. Adding just a few glasses of water to your daily intake can have a positive effect on cognition, stabilize your emotions, and even combat feelings of anxiety. As a result of the positive affect that hydration can play in student academic performance and to help cut down on trips to the drinking fountain, students are allowed to carry a water bottle with them throughout the day. Only clear water is allowed to be brought to drink throughout the day. This elimates sticky messes when it is spilled in the classrooms.
