In the Know!
Unify Testing Issues: When investigated, many of the issues with taking the Optional Reading Unify assessment seemed to stem from isolated student accounts still having Internet Explorer set as the default browser when accessing Unify OLA.
To resolve issues with Unify testing, students should set their default browser to Google Chrome. To accomplish this, have students log on to their network account and open Google Chrome. By opening Google Chrome once, the default browser policy should be reset and desktop links will open in Google Chrome from that point forward.
Additional information about student Unify access can be found here: https://sites.google.com/smcps.org/unify/access/student-log-on
Textbook Inventory Reminders: Please remember to notify Media Specialists when students are transferring in/out of the building so textbooks can be checked back into inventory and consumables can be sent to new school.
