Courageous Conversation Compass
The compass was created to help us understand how we each process and engage with information about race. It is a way to understand one another's opinions and beliefs. According to the compass, there are 4 ways that people address race: Emotional, Intellectual, Moral and Relational.

November is National Native American Heritage Month aka American Indian and Alaska Native Heritage Month
Consider supporting the Sogorea Te' Land Trust, an urban Indigenous women-led land trust based in the San Francisco Bay Area that cultivates rematriation: the return of Indigenous land to Indigenous people. Or Indian People Organizing for Change or Black Earth Farms.
Visit Native-Land.ca to learn about the Indigenous people where you live and how you can support and center their wisdom and knowledge.
