The Power of PBL

Our challenge as educators is to prepare students for real life in the 21st century. To do this, teachers need strategies that promote communication, collaboration, curiosity, organization, and problem-solving skills. Participants in this session will be introduced to Problem-Based Learning, Critical/Creative Thinking, and a variety of teaching methods that promote real-life skills. We will also review the PBL Project website ( where teachers can find a wide variety of content ready for them to implement in the classroom.
