A recent study has shown that there are 3.04 trillion trees on earth, seven times for than they previously estimated. That means for every person on earth there is 400 trees. It also is estimated that the number of trees have dropped by 46% by human activity.
Personal Opinion
The news about the number of trees is great. There are a lot more trees than I though there were. However, 46% of trees gone because of us is a lot as well. Even though it's taken tens of thousands of years, I would be worried about th future generations.
