4th Grade Greenville Zoo Field Trip
Friday, March 25th
Buses will leave the school around 9:00. Student check-in will be conducted in class, so be sure to treat it like a normal school day when considering arrival time!
Students and chaperons will meet by the front gates of the zoo at 1:30. Student pickup will begin at 2:00 at school.
Cost of Trip: $5.75 for students, $9.00 for chaperones
Bring your own lunch with you!
Mammals!
There are many rare mammals at the zoo, and students will learn about what makes a mammal a mammal as well as seeing creatures like Giraffes and Lions!
Birds!
Students will be discovering some of the many types of birds, and learning why birds are NOT considered mammals!
Reptiles!
Out of all the zoo's animals, reptiles are the creepiest! What does "cold blooded" mean? Why are they so scalely and slimy? Students will get to learn the answers on this trip!
