Welcome Back!
Dear Staff,
Greetings to the Excellent-Xtraordinary-Exceptional teaching staff of Exton. I hope you enjoyed your summer break as the start of school is upon us. I know as a staff you, as always, will continue to dedicate yourselves to providing quality learning experiences for our students to help them grow academically, emotionally and socially.
Our journey will have some ups and downs, frustrations and successes. They are to be be expected. However, it is how we choose to handle them that will get us through. We will not waiver, but will strive every day to be patient and do our best. Our goal and focus, first and foremost, is to move forward to promote EXCELLENCE & SUCCESS FOR ALL STUDENTS.
This year, we will continue with increasing our ability in developing CFAs, improving student writing utilizing knowledge gained working with PAWLP last year and adopting a growth mindset for student achievement. However, what you do on a daily basis is what constitutes the success of our students. We must continue to concentrate on the processes that enables achievement for every student: evaluating what we have, determining what we can do to improve and identifying what we need to make those improvements.
Let us welcome to Exton - Mrs. Mary McGlinchey (Kindergarten), Mrs. Melanie Pizzi (1st), Miss Nikolette Trofa (3rd LTS for Mrs. Hards), Mrs. Susan Kelly (Learning Support), Miss Summer Araujo (Kindergarten Support), Mr. Glenn Gray (Head Custodian), Mrs. Virginia Webb (Library Assistant), ) and Ligi Joseph (ELL IA).
On August 22nd, we will begin the day with our annual Chat-N-Chew breakfast in the library at 8:10. Take the time to chat with and get caught up with colleagues. Looking forward to seeing everyone.
