He was born on Febuary 4, 1809 and died on April 15, 1865. His hometown was Hodgenville, Kentucky.He was a christian.His wife was Mary Tod Lincon. He had 4 kids only 1 lived to be 82 the others lived to be 3, 11, 18. Their names were Eddie, Willie , Tad and Robert. Abraham was assassinated in a booth in at the opera in 1865 by John Wilkes Booth.

He was known because he was "antislavery"- against slavery. He created the Emancipation Proclamation to stop slavery and freed the slaves. He strongly agreed with the 13th amendment.
