Centennial Family Newsletter
Thank you for those families that attended our November Coffee and Conversations on Friday, November 3. Officer Lesh and other knowledgeable families shared information about how to protect kids when using cell phones or playing video games. Knowing who your students' friends are online and checking their social media accounts on the computer, their cell phone, and on their video game system is the best way to prevent strangers from getting access to your children. Limiting time on technology is the next best way to keep your children safe. Talk to your cell phone carrier about technology that parents can use to monitor their children online too.
We are excited to share that our Centennial library will now be open to our parents to check out books from 7:35 each morning till 3:00 after school. We encourage parents to come into the library to choose books they want to read to their children. Please come visit Mrs. Rohlman or Mrs. Loesel, and they can help you pick out a wonderful book!
Wishing you all a peaceful and family filled Thanksgiving!
I am grateful for this caring community.

A Message From Broomfield Department of Public Health
COVID Vaccine Sites
While many pharmacies and clinics carry the new COVID-19 vaccine, they may carry different formulas and may only be able to vaccinate certain ages. Visit the scheduling websites to guide you to the right location for your preferences and age appropriate vaccine. You can visit broomfield.org/3378/COVID-19-Vaccine-Sites to find links to participating pharmacies and clinics.
Please note: The CDC recommends children under 5 receive the same vaccine brand they received previously (Pfizer vs Moderna). Many websites will allow you to select your previous brand during the on-line scheduling process.
Additional providers for COVID-19 and Flu vaccines can be found at Vaccines.gov
