Too many cooks in the kitchen?
Stirring the Pot...
Multi Tasker
Did you know...
Let's not forget the concession stand. It needs to be stocked, manned, and ready to roll. Did you know the proceeds from this go towards scholarships for UIL One Act Play participants? Awesome.
What are some details, you ask? Here you go: student made decorations gathered and displayed, substitute teachers found, feeding the masses, signs made, campus cleaning, restrooms stocked, who picks up the pizza, spreading the word about early release and student aides for attendance, internet overload management, someone to sort medals and paper work...This could go on awhile...
The most stressful moments: staying on a timed schedule & making sure everyone gets where they are going. Grading. Yes, most definitely grading. (And, to top it off, the health inspector showed up. Zero violations for us! Ya buddy!)
Lifesavers during the event: Chocolate and Holland ISD. Teachers and staff willing to cook, clean, and go the extra mile.
Kudos to: Jennifer Cundieff and Tami Price for going the extra 5K to pull off another successful event. You are appreciated!
Overall: Awesomeness. Granger ISD, together we are a great team. YOU ROCK!
If only...
