How to Encourage Growth
The growth mindset is an essential concept for students to develop within the classroom environment. This approach to life could mean the difference in them excelling or struggling as learners. I have discovered that it is my responsibility, as a teacher, to encourage growth in my students' minds. To achieve this, I will continue to develop my own growth mindset, I will model positive attitudes and I will encourage the idea that failure results in learning.
