PACE Newsletter
Week of October 11-14, 2016
Dear PACE Parents,
This week we continued our study of Ancient Rome. Our main focus for our lesson was Ancient Roman art. The students were able to view and analyze several pieces of Roman art. They used the art to draw conclusions about life in Ancient Rome. The students were also introduced to mosaics. They created a work of art inspired by the Roman mosaics.
SOCKTOBER is in full swing! The kids have been busy making posters and boxes to advertise the service project. Looks like the PACE classes will help out our local homeless shelters again this year.
Hopefully we will be enjoying wonderful fall weather soon!
