Brooks Elementary PTSO
What is PTSO?
PTSO stands for the Parent Teacher Student Organization. Our PTSO consists of parents, teachers and school administrators working together to support and enrich all students at Brooks Elementary School. We support school staff, help promote student well-being and assist efforts to solve school needs through volunteers and fundraising.
The PTSO is a vital part of our school.
What do the monies from PTSO fundraisers and activities support?
We support the school’s specials programs including art, music, PE and the media center.
We contribute to our art teacher’s salary.
We support our classrooms with many different supplies including iPads, computers and Promethean boards.
Throughout the years we have worked hard to complete various school improvements. These include our new garden, the USA map at the playground, the rock climbing wall in the gym, and many playground improvements.
How does PTSO raise money?
