Crow Island Parent Newsletter

May 22, 2023

Dear Crow Island Families,

Last week, our 4th graders and many of our staff visited Camp Edwards for the culminating year end trip for 4th grade. Students engaged in pond mucking, hiking, camp fires, signing, and archery. Overall, the trip was a big hit with students and we had a lot of fun!

This week, we are looking forward to welcoming families into school for our Portfolio Day on Wednesday and Thursday. Portfolios show the cumulative efforts and learning of individual students over time. The portfolio showcases student improvement and skill mastery throughout the year. Along with student reflection, the portfolio provides detailed information about individual students and what is important to your child throughout the learning process.

Have a great week!
