Ming Dynasty
Leaders: Hongwu, a peasant's son who lead Mongols out of China, Yonglo, Hongwu's son gained power after his death in 1398.
Forbidden City: Yonglo moved the capitol to Beijing, the building and the wall surrounding it was know as the Forbidden City because no outsiders were allowed inside.
European Trade
They kept influence from outsiders to a minimum so all trade was done through the government
