ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Dear Parents,
We are almost done with our school year! It’s incredible how fast it went! We were looking at the pictures of our students from September and are amazed at how much they have changed. They are also more mature and quickly becoming bilingual. We are very proud of our students. They can pray, follow instructions, count and sing in Spanish and they are only 4 years old! Isn’t it amazing?
We want to say, “Thank you very much!” We loved all the presents we have received and also for the hard work in preparing the Teacher’s Day Assembly. It was really nice. All the little special things were greatly appreciated.
A huge thank you to the Ceria Family for the catering that they offered to all our staff! We want to say thank you for a delicious meal. We also want to thank alll of our volunteers who have been helping us.
WHAT WE ARE LEARNING THIS WEEK.
This week we are learning the letter S and L. We notice that they can recognize them easily and they also love to write them on our white board in the classroom. They are awesome!
We are still working with the numbers, recognizing the symbol and quantity of the number from 1 to 10. They can count from 1 to 20 now. They also can recognize the colors and the geometric shapes.
We are working on writing their names correct. Please encourage them to color inside of the lines. It’s helpful as well for refining fine motor skills.
This week they will know more about the weather and especially about tornadoes by viewing videos and singing songs about it.
They are learning about our Lord’s love that is huge and unconditional. He created us and he gives us everything that we have such as life, parents, food, clothes, etc. and we must be thankful every day. They now are learning the prayer “Holy Mary “ “Ave Maria”.
If you have any concerns of questions about your son/daughter, please let us know. If you have any suggestions let us know.
We hope you have a wonderful week.
Ms Marseille & Ms Sonia.
