All-Region Phase 2 Auditions

TMEA Region 30 Phase 2 and Freshman Region Auditions
December 15th, 2018 @ Timber Creek High School


8:00 am : Phase 2 Call Time - Students check into rooms
9:00 am : Phase 2 Audition begins
12:00 pm : The first 9th grade rooms will begin (not all rooms will begin at the same time)
1:00 pm : Freshman Audition begins
5:00 pm : The entire 9th-grade audition should be finished.


This will be a long day for the 9th graders. I will try to provide more specific starting times for instruments when I receive the information.

These ornaments were made by the band leadership team. They are priced at $5.00 and can be pre-ordered right here! We will be selling extras at the Winter Concert on Monday, December 17, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., but there is only a limited supply available. With the pre-order, you can guarantee that you won’t miss out on the holiday fun.

Marching Uniform Return

Marching band uniform check-in will be coming! Please gather all uniform pieces and make sure students have all of them. The jacket and bib must be cleaned before for returning. All pieces must be in the assigned garment and shako in the shako box. Uniforms that are not cleaned will be returned back to the student for cleaning.


Below, is a downloadable form that must be filled out prior to check-in and returned with the uniform. Student name must be on the garment bag it's returned in.


Turn In Dates:

  • Monday, December 10th: Senior & Junior 4:15 – 5:30 pm
  • Tuesday, December 11th: Sophomore & Freshmen 4:15 – 5:30 pm

Marching Instrument Check-In Process

Check-in: Friday, December 14


  • All students who play a school-owned instrument during the marching band season will turn their instrument in during class on Friday, December 14. (Woodwinds & Brass)


  • Your instrument must be PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED/FLUSHED and in GOOD WORKING CONDITION when you present it for check-in. Instruments that are not turned incorrectly will be cleaned/repaired AT FULL COST TO THE STUDENT. This is not covered by the $100 usage fee. Approved repair shops are:
