Spotlight on Pre-K

Pre-k has been gardening all of April. Our sunflowers are now taller than all the students. Also our caterpillars arrived in the mail and have successfully formed their chrysalises. We are all very excited to watch butterflies emerge and set them free in our butterfly garden before summer break!

Spotlight on PE

In Physical Education now, we are working on skill development for activities that are relative to outdoor activities, such as baseball throwing/hitting, hand eye coordination for catching, and working together with other students for teamwork and working toward a common goal. We want students to have the skills to be able to stay active during the summer months, while also making the activities fun and exciting for future healthy habits for our students.

Kindergarten Registration

Please make sure you are completing kindergarten registration for any child who will be school-age next year. Encourage your friends and neighbors to enroll their children too. If you have any questions, please contact Sandra Barefoot, Wrightsboro’s Data Manager at 910-815-6909 ext. 76987.
