EAHS Jazz Festival - Saturday, April 29
Our jazz festival is fast approaching! Please see the details below:
DATE: Saturday, April 29
TIME: Performances begin @ 5:00p; Doors open @ 4:30p
ADMISSION: $10 adults; $5 for students/ seniors 65+
*tickets are cash only
The festival will include over 10 bands, including our own EAHS jazz band, EAHS jazz lab and EAMS jazz band!
In addition, there will be food available for purchase & candy grams to send to your favorite students!
We hope to see you there for this great event!

Our annual wind ensemble & chamber strings concert will be held on Wednesday, May 03. Come support our students & hear this wonderful evening of music. Free admission!
Performances begin @ 7:00 PM (doors open @ 6:30 PM).
Chamber Strings report time: 5:45 PM
Wind Ensemble report time: 6:15 PM
Designer Purse Bingo!
TWO WEEKS AWAY!!!
Come join us for this year’s IMA Designer Purse Bingo! This important fundraiser for the IMA offers a fun time of playing bingo to win some high-quality purses while also trying your luck at some door prizes and tricky tray items. Tell all your family and friends.
Date: Sunday, May 7, 2023
Time: Doors open at 10:30 a.m.; games begin at 12:00 p.m.
Location: Easton Area High School cafeteria
Tickets: $30.00 per ticket
To make this bingo fundraiser a real success, the IMA needs your help. To volunteer, contact Kathy Raub at bingo@eahsmusic.org or (610) 597-7473 to help with some of the following:
Get sponsors; organize tricky trays, purses, and door prizes; set up for the Designer Purse Bingo; check people in on the day of the event; sell bingo boards, tricky tray tray tickets, 50/50 tickets on the day of the event

2023 Instrumental Music Banquet - DUE MAY 01, 2023
EVERY STUDENT MUST COMPLETE AN RSVP BY MAY 01. It is a GREAT event!
There are TWO ways to do this:
- All families were mailed invitations via USPS in early April. Complete the hard copy invitation and follow the return instructions.
- Complete the online RSVP option at https://eahsmusic.org/.

COST: Free for all students; guests of students $40/ person

Saturday Night Swing - Saturday, May 13
Our annual Saturday Night Swing is quickly approaching! This evening features a club-like atmosphere with mocktails, hors d'oeuvres, & more.
Stay tuned for more information on this great event that will feature our EAHS jazz band.

YOU have the chance to win a pair of Eagles tickets for ONE game of the 23 - 24 season! The exact game will be confirmed once the fall schedule is announced.

Shammy Shine Gift Card Fundraiser
TIME FOR SPRING CLEANING!!
Extend spring cleaning to your car with a Shammy Shine gift card!
The IMA is selling $10 and $25 gift cards now through May 5th, with pickup at the high school during the May 12th concert. The IMA earns 30% of every card sold, so it's a great way to take care of routine car maintenance while helping out the band & orchestra!
Shammy Shine offers many services, including free self-service vacuums with every wash. Full details on their website https://www.shammyshine.com/.
Cards may be ordered using a credit card at this link, or by cash/check (made payable to IMA). If paying by cash or check, please have your student return the tally sheet only with payment to the Fundraising Box in the rehearsal room by the end of day on Friday, May 5th.

Spring Flower Fundraiser coupons will be available this Thursday April 27th from 5:30 to 6 PM in front of the instrumental room at the high school

An EASY & EFFECTIVE means of fundraising! 100% of the amount fundraised goes to helping offset student contributions for our upcoming travel opportunities.
WHAT IS IT?
Participants can buy gift cards at face value. There is a percentage listed that you earn for every purchase. Gift cards are either instant download and/ or physical gift cards. You can then spend the gift cards as you would normally, knowing you helped fundraise!
HOW IT WORKS:

Easton Area High School Instrumental Music
The Easton Area High School (EAHS) Instrumental Music Program has a long history of success. The program consists of nearly 380 students in grades 9 – 12 and encompasses marching band, three concert bands, three orchestras, two jazz ensembles, pep band, and pit orchestra.
