How did his leadership traits effect others?
Tim doing the best he can at what he does effects others because those who buy Apple's products are effected by the devices they use.
Creativity
I believe Creativity is Tim's best leadership trait, without it he would not be able to help come up with new products for Apple.
I want to follow him because he is a very sucessful person and I would one day too, like to be sucessful.
Not all leaders have to demonstrat every leadership trait, they could still be sucessful without all of the traits
I believe you need to develop honesty, communication, and confidence to be a great leader.
