GFBC Children's Ministry
February, 2016
It's the season of love...and we LOVE our GFBC kids!!!
Thank you to those who continue to serve so faithfully in the Children's Ministry! Sunday School and Wednesday night teachers, I am particularly thankful for the energy, preparation and enthusiasm you bring week after week.
Would YOU consider being a Sunday School or Wednesday night teacher, beginning in August? Would you prayerfully consider coming alongside parents and helping disciple the children in our congregation?
Our purpose is to provide a safe and loving place for children ages birth - 8th grade whose parents desire to leave them in our care during Sunday School and/or worship services. We believe discipleship begins at birth, and so our heart is to support parents in their responsibility to raise their children in the admonition of the Lord - we do this by teaching, singing, and modeling the Word of God to each child in our care. We value each child as an important part of our church family, and they are welcomed in every part of Grace Fellowship Baptist Church.

Giving Thanks and Gentle Reminders
Backyard Bible Club preparations have begun! This year's event will be held June 6-9. This is a special, fun-filled week where our entire church comes together to share the Gospel in a special way with our community.Where would you be willing to serve this year? Crafts? Storytelling? Recreation? Dinner prep? Please consider where you'd like to serve, and let me know.
We are thankful for the families going through our New Members Class right now! There are some amazing parents and kids in that group! We are here to serve you in any way we can.
Congratulations to Jason and Ashley Clow as they await the arrival of their third baby GIRL!!!! We love those Clow girls, and are asking God for continued health and protection for Ashley and little Libby.
We pray for endurance for our school kids and school teachers (both homeschool and in public/private schools) as they turn the corner and head toward spring!
