What website do I go to Register my child?

Do you have registration resources/documents?

When I register my child and it says "pending", what does this mean?

When you register your child, the registration needs to be processed. When it says "pending", it means that it has not been processed by the registrar yet. The campus registrar is not back in the office until July 20th. Registration/enrollment is not complete until the required enrollment documentation is reviewed and processed by the campus registrar.

What is my portal ID so I can register my child?

If you do not know your portal ID number, and you are a returning student, please contact your campus registrar for assistance. The campus registrars will return to work on July 20 and will work to respond to your concerns/requests as quickly as possible.

Who is my campus registrar and what is their email address?


*Please know that the campus registrar will be working diligently to process your registration when they are back on contract July 20th.

How do I register my child for the Bus? Do I need to register my child if they rode the bus last year?

Go to bit.ly/LVISDBus to register your child for the bus. Yes, returning LVISD students need to register to ride the bus in the 2023-2024 school year.


**Please note the time your child is picked up and dropped off has not been determined yet. Once we have the bus routes set, we will send out another message to let you know. **

Closed for lunch from 12:00-1:00 pm
School Clubs and PTO representatives in the cafeteria
❖ July 31, 2023--- 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at LVJH
Today is the day if you just want to pick up your student's schedule.
We will not have school clubs or PTO on this day.

Meet the Teacher - 6th Grade & ALE Students ONLY

❖ August 3, 2023-- 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Staff will be on-site to guide you and your student.
You will have an opportunity to visit each class and meet the teachers.
Here is what takes place at “Prep Day” and “Meet the Teacher”
● Pick up your student schedule in the cafeteria
● Ascender/Parent Portal Access (grades/attendance information)
● Complete any missing registration documents
● School Nurse--Health Information/Immunizations
● Transportation Information
● Spirit wear purchase
● Drop off community supplies (paper towels, tissues, etc.)
● ART Kit information
● School Club Information (Student Council, NJHS, UIL)
● 6th Grade Teachers will be available for tours on Meet the Teacher night.
