The Generals' Update

Your guide to DDE events & announcements: 5/30/2021

Big picture

Congratulations to our DDE Teams on an awesome Spring Season!

This Week's Schedule

  • Students whose last names start with the letters L-Z are scheduled to attend Related Arts in person this week.
  • No School Monday, May 31st-Memorial Day

Remember

Please continue to complete COVID check list prior to 7:30am each day.

This is just a reminder that while our eight period day concludes at 11:40 am, instruction runs through the afternoon in the form of office hours, small group instruction, and intervention. We encourage you to take some time to review your child's schedule to ensure he/she takes advantage of all educational opportunities available to him/her.

Morning Drop Off

To avoid the long lines and the back up of cars in the morning, students can be dropped off as early as 7:00am to the New Gym. Doors open at 7:20am for students to report directly to their homerooms.

SPARK

Biotechnology High School, one of the Monmouth County Vocational School District's Career Academies, is proudly hosting its first annual virtual Spark on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. This free event will feature Biotech High School students leading fun & educational activities designed to "spark" middle school students' potential interest in STEM fields of study.
