Johnson PTA Sponsors Free Events!
Join us on Tuesday, December 15th at 6:30 PM for our second free movie night! This time, we’ll be showing Rise of the Guardians in the gym. Free popcorn and water will be provided. Enter through Door #21.
Also, we are having a free craft night on Thursday, December 17th at 6:30 PM in the multipurpose room (enter through Door # 21). We have lots of holiday-themed crafts that you can make with your kids. As an added bonus, we’ll have the Holiday Shop open near the office so you can sneak out and purchase stocking stuffers, or let siblings who do not attend Johnson purchase for their family.
Dine out Night
Take a break from making dinner and let someone else cook for a change! Our next Dine out Night will be at Potbelly in Warrenville on Monday, January 11th from 5:00 PM-8:00 PM. They will be donating 25% of proceeds back to the school! Mention Johnson when ordering and look for a flyer in backpacks after Winter Break.

PTA Meeting
We recently added a January PTA meeting on Tuesday, January 12th. Same time (7:00 PM), same place (multipurpose room). Enter through Door #21. Attention 5th grade parents! We will be discussing the yearbook and possibly adding special pages for 5th grade memories. We would love your input!
Jaguar Jump and Run
The Johnson Jaguar Jump and Run is scheduled for Friday, January 29th. A flyer went home last week along with a pledge sheet. Start collecting those pledges now! We are still in need of volunteers for this event. Please contact Holli Hagene (hdhagene73@yahoo.com) if you are able to help count or record laps during the school day!
Box Tops
We are doing another Box Top drive in March so keep collecting those Box Tops. A few notes…please make sure to trim the Box Tops and tape or glue (no staples!) them to the Box Top sheet or collect them in batches of 50. Turn them in at any time but be sure to include your child’s name, teacher, and grade so they can be eligible for prizes.
