Blood Pressure Monitors
Blood pressure monitors have been purchased for each of the five school buildings as well as the board office and bus barn. They will be located in the office. Inside the storage box are the directions on how to use them as well as a chart for helping you read the numbers.

Spotlight for February
Is it too cold outside for you? Come join Paula Lane and Suzanne Ahlberg, as well as others walk the halls at CCCHS. If you are tracking distance instead of time, 8 laps equals one mile.
If you have keys to your building or the building is open, take advantage and walk the halls to stay warm! Walk and talk......good for your health and good for your soul!
