Building On The Foundation Of The Graham Community
The Graham Community Foundation is hoping to help build successful futures for several GHS students. The foundation originated in 2001 with representatives from each of the schools that consolidated to form Graham Local. These schools at Terre Haute, Westville, St. Paris, Concord, Rosewood, and Christiansburg Jackson, were simply the building blocks for our community of the Graham Local School District of today. The foundation’s purpose is to provide money in the form of grants or scholarships to several GHS seniors each year. We serve a variety of students by offering grants for continuing education in trades as well as scholarships for many levels of post secondary schooling including college.
Applications for high school seniors may be obtained in the guidance office and are due back March 27, 2020.
Members of the Graham community are encouraged to help our funds grow in support of our Graham students by sending checks, of any amount, to;

The Wright Scholar Research Assistant program is a highly competitive 9-week summer internship for exceptional juniors and seniors interested in STEM careers. Students are competitively selected and matched with AFRL mentors to conduct research projects as paid interns. Scholars learn about various STEM career fields through classes and workshops at the University of Dayton, Wright State University, and The Ohio State University. We also participate in tours at the AF Museum, various AFRL and industry locations, as well as host weekly luncheon lectures featuring prominent scientists and engineers who share their expertise. The program provides a wealth of information for those considering STEM careers.

- Must be a U.S. citizen (no Green Card holders or permanent residents)
- Must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license by program start
- Must have your own transportation OR a means to get to/from work place each day with someone who already has base access
