School Safety

We have gotten off to great start of the school year. There are a few things we need to tighten up in our school-wide systems and procedures to create a safe school environment.

* All Teachers and Teacher Assistants greeting students at their doorway at 8:05 a.m.

* All Teachers/Teacher Assistants/Administration in the hallways during every passing period

* All Facutly/Staff wearing their Empolyee Badge everyday

* All Students wearing their School ID Badge everyday

(975 IDs have been issued during the 1st week of school. JROTC team is going to English and

Social Studies classes to issue ID badges)

* Campus Monitors consistently monitoring the hallways and checking the entry doors into the campus

* Administration conducting random metal detector searches each week

* If you see something that does not look normal, alert someone immediately
