Article one deals with the Legislative Branch. There is the House of Representatives and the Senate. Together they are called Congress. A member of the House of Representatives must be at least 25 years old, and must have been a citizen of the United States for 7 years, and must live in the state where he is elected in. For the Senate, you must be at least 30 years old and 9 years a citizen of the United States.
