Destination Imagination
"Destination Imagination" is a competitive fine arts problem-solving tournament. This year, John Sevier will be forming their first-ever team to take part in this exciting competition! Actors, historians, artists, and outgoing personalities are needed for our team. There will be an informational meeting after school on Wednesday, Sept. 27, until 3:30 in Mr. Carr's room, 339. Regular meetings will take place during club times each week. If you need any additional information, please see Mr. Carr or Mr. Holt.

JSMS Programs for Sale at the JSMS/RNR Football Game-October 3
For the first time ever, full-color programs will be sold this year for the Sevier/Robinson football games. In addition to the football teams, cheer, and dance, all fall sports, including volleyball and cross country, will have pictures and roster. A full roster for both bands will also be included. Join us on Tuesday, October 3 to celebrate all of the fall sports in both middle schools. Be on the lookout for these being sold at the game!

JSMS Basketball Tryouts
Girls Basketball tryouts will begin the week of September 25 from 3:15-4:15 daily.
Boys Basketball tryouts will be October 4-6 from 3-5 pm in the Sevier Gym.
Each athlete must have a sports physical on file before tryouts in order to try out.
Warrior Whoop! (Celebrations and Recognitions)
Sevier beat Robinson and won the City Meet last night at Warriors. Macee Pickup and Joe Neglia are the 2017 Cross Country City Champions!

Our Girls and Boys Cross Country teams won the Conference Championship at Warriors!
It was a tough 2 mile course. Both teams ran well and are heading to sectionals with a lot of momentum. Sectionals is Tuesday at Greenville.
