CHHS Girls Cross Country team
The Girls Cross Country team competed at the Region 1-5A Meet in Lubbock on Monday, October 23rd. The team was overjoyed when they found out they placed fourth as a team. The top four finishing teams and top ten individuals from non-team qualifiers advance to the Texas State Cross Country Meet.
For the first time in CHHS history, there will be a team competing at the State Meet. We are proud of the qualifiers and the entire team for giving all the extra effort they have. The team is not simply content with qualifying to the State Meet; they are wanting to be one of the best teams in the state and are looking forward to racing in Round Rock on Saturday, November 4th.
