2021 Virtual Camp College brought to you by PACAC

For the past 7 years, PACAC (Pennsylvania Association of College Admissions Counseling) has provided its Camp College (CC) experience for students in the Commonwealth to come together and learn about the College Admissions process. CC has brought together College Admissions experts from around the state to provide this vital information and guidance, specifically targeting first-generation, low-income, underrepresented student populations. CC has always been free and focused on inclusion, access, and success in the college admissions process.
Camp College went completely virtual last year due to COVID. This year, we will continue to have a Virtual program. This year's Virtual Camp College (VCC) will be better than ever, providing students and families access to dozens of college admissions experts and providing a wealth of resources to help you better understand and move through the college process.

Specific information can also be found online at: pacac.org/camp-college.

Dates and Times

The entire program is being offered in a one-day format, from 9am-4pm.
There are three different dates to choose from:

  • Thursday, June 17
  • Saturday, July 17
  • Tuesday, August 17

Students and families can only choose one date to attend, as the same information will be presented in all three sessions.
Session Topics

We are planning to offer between 15 and 20 different session topics for students and families to select from. Some example sessions include:

  • College Admissions Fundamentals
  • Paying for College
  • Doing Virtual College Research
  • Writing A Great College Essay
  • Finding Success In College
  • And so many more!

We will be using Zoom conference to provide all of our sessions. It is a free platform that can be accessed on any phone, tablet, or computer. Attendees must have a device that accesses Zoom. Attendees wishing to earn completion credit must also have access to Zoom's video feature.

If this sounds like an experience that is for you, great! We'd love to have you join us. Please fill out our form and you will receive more instructions upon registration: VCC Registration 2021
