Getting HELP in Alberta

TEENS HELPING TEENS SUPPORT LINE

Call 1-877-803-TEEN. It stands for 1-877-803-8336. You can talk to a teen helper from 3:30-11pm Tuesday to Saturday. The rest of the time it will go to an adult crisis line.

MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS HELP LINE

Call 1-877-303-2642 to get information and referrals to mental health services in Alberta.
