Message From The Principal

Happy Friday Eagle families,

It's been another busy week on the Ranch. We finished Credit #3 this week, and are definitely in the home stretch with only 7 weeks left. Our juniors took the state assessments for English Language Arts and seniors took the state science assessment. Juniors will test next week in math and the following week in science.

On Monday, April 18, a group of students is taking a field trip to the MSJC Temecula Campus. Another filed trip is planned for April 25 to the MSJC Menifee campus.

We finalized our plans for graduation. It will be on Friday, June 3, at 5:30 PM in the Great Oak High School stadium. Seating will be first come first served with ample seating for all to attend.

Think different. Be different.

From Adam Grant:

"Reducing your smartphone use is better for your well-being than stopping cold turkey.

Experiment: 4 months after decreasing smartphone use by 1 hour per day, people were happier, less depressed and anxious, and led healthier lifestyles.

Facilities Master Plan

The Temecula Valley Unified School District is in the process of developing a district-wide facilities master plan. The intent of this endeavor is to define the District’s facilities needs for the next ten years. We are seeking input from you to help us determine what is important to our community. The District’s master plan Core Planning Group, in association with DLR Group Architects, has developed the following list of items for consideration based on site visits, input from campus representations, and input from community meetings. We value your input.

This video featuring Dr. Jodi McClay will explain the Facility Master Plan process. https://vimeo.com/686561182/0d68b7e48f Please take this opportunity to share your opinion with us.

There are three surveys available, one for each grade level. Please include the appropriate link on your website.

Student Of The Week

Brandon Kliever

Brandon is new to the Ranch, however, he has hit the ground running in my class. From day one he integrated himself into discussions and shared his knowledge with the class. He is also a great conversationalist and knows how to tell a good story! Along with all of this, he is doing great work and appears to be set on being successful here at RVHS! Welcome to the Ranch Brandon, it is great to have you, keep up the good work!

ALEXANDER MAXWELL LONG

Alexander has all his assignment in art turned in and is a very nice person. While his attendance can be a bit sporadic at times - He works to stay on top of things and is a pleasure to have.
