SOL Testing
3rd-5th Grade SOL Testing begins Wednesday, May 17, 2023. Below are some testing tips that will be helpful for your child along with the schedule for SOL testing. Thank you for your support!
As a parent, you can help prepare for testing by following these steps:
- Make sure your child arrives on time for school. If your child arrives after 9:25 a.m., he/she will not be permitted to enter the testing location. (We will start testing once all buses have arrived)
- Try not to schedule appointments on scheduled testing days.
- Make sure your child is well-rested and gets plenty of sleep the night before testing.
- Make sure your child arrives with a fully charged Chromebook.
- Encourage your child to do his/her best. The more effort and energy a child put into learning, the more likely he/she will do well on the test.
