In Art Class, 2nd grade worked on inspirational posters to brighten our hallways.

Mrs. Conrad 4th Grade-Keeping with the theme of creating a positive school environment, we read "The World Needs More Purple People", and celebrated what makes us special

Miss Romich’s 2nd grade class practiced having a growth mindset after reading “Regina’s Big Mistake”. Students drew pictures and when they made a mistake, they turned their drawing into something else rather than throw their paper away!

Counselor's Corner
What an exciting and memorable start to our new school year! I am visiting all classes with reminders of our school rules: Be Safe, Respectful and Responsible. These aren’t only good rules for school, but also good rules for life! You can partner with teachers by reminding how being safe, respectful and responsible can look the same in some ways at home and in school. I have also been introducing Mr. Tom Brokans, a graduate student intern who is working with me this semester. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. Ms. Lori Shaw, School Counselor. 610-489-5000 X41207 or LShaw@methacton.org
