Kirk Fenton News
28th February 2020
Dear Parents / Carers,
Welcome back, I hope you all had a restful half term.
This half term has started at a pace. Our girls football team showed teamwork and perseverance at South Milford this week and came second in the area competition. Well done to them!
Congratulations also go to Mr Symes and his wife who welcomed the safe arrival of a baby girl during half term. It was lovely to meet her in school this week.
Finally, on a different note, the damp weather is providing the perfect conditions for an outbreak of head lice especially amongst the younger classes. Please could I ask that you check your child's hair regularly (including boys and short hair), treat as necessary and then tie up longer hair (plaits work best!).
Have a lovely weekend,
Mrs Karen Williams
