The priority deadline to be considered for the 1st round of financial aid was April 15th and the awards will be announced in May. Applications turned in now will be considered for the summer financial aid round with awards announced in July.

  • Safe Environments Class-Please CLICK HERE to see the Diocesan Safe Environments Training Calendar. VOLUNTEERS FOR ALL SCHOOL AND CHURCH EVENTS MUST BE SAFE ENVIRONMENTS TRAINED FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL YOUTH. WITH SEVERAL SCHOOL EVENTS COMING UP, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN COMPLIANCE, OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO VOLUNTEER. New program roll out date has moved to July 1st!
  • Book Fair- The Book Fair will be open every day beginning Monday, May 2nd through Friday, May 6th.


    Monday, May 2nd through Thursday, May 5th hours are:

    7:15 - 7:40

    9:00 - 12:00

    12:30 - 4:00


    Friday, May 6th hours are:

    7:15 - 7:40

    9:00 - 12:00

    12:30 - 3:00


    Volunteers are needed, sign up sheets are posted outside the office. Come out and support the book fair, proceeds will go to buying books for our library.

  • Dad's Club- The Dad's club will meet Wednesday, May 4, at 7:00 p.m., at Chuyito's.
  • Field Day Shirts- The order form and payment for the Field Day shirts must be turned in no later than 3:30 on Friday, May 6th.
  • Cinco de Mayo Parade- The school will have a float in the Cinco de Mayo parade. If you are interested in having you child ride in the parade or you would like to help decorate the school float please contact Mrs. Raga.
  • Sports Banquet- Please join us May 11th at 6:30 pm in the school cafeteria if you participated in a sport at All Saints this school year, or if you just want to come out and support our student athletes. Tickets are $10 so stop by the office to pick up your tickets.
  • May Crowning- May is devoted to the Blessed Virgin Mary and to celebrate we will crown her with flowers brought by the students on May 20th. We will present the Blessed Virgin Mary with a floral crown and other flowers at the beginning of Mass on Friday.
  • Last day of school- The last day of school will be a noon dismissal on the 27th of May. There will be no afterschool care on the last day of school.
  • Parker School Uniforms-We will be updating our uniform polos and sweaters next school year with new logos and school crest. Next year will serve as a transition year with uniforms, so students may continue wearing any of the old uniforms and we will fully transition to the new styles only for the 2017-2018 school year. As such, Parker is having a sale on our current polos that are still in stock to make room for our new inventory. Please see the sale flyer below.

VOLUNTEER HOURS

Volunteer Hours Deadline has been Extended to Monday, May 9th. After this day, your account will be invoiced $15/hr for any outstanding hours that has not been fulfilled for your 30 hours family mandatory requirement. If you are still in need of hours, consider volunteering for the Church's Cinco de Mayo Jamaica. All hours volunteered for this parish event will count for your school hours. VOLUNTEERING FOR CLEAN UP FOR THIS EVENT WILL COUNT FOR DOUBLE HOURS. If you would like to volunteer, please call the school office.

HSO OPEN POSITIONS

HSO is looking to fill the Executive Committee Board for next year. If you are interested the following positions are open:

  • Vice-President
  • Treasure
  • Secretary
  • Volunteer Coordinator

Field Day

Please mark your calendars for Saturday May 14th for our All Saints Catholic School's Field Day. We will meet in the cafeteria at 9 am and walk over to Marine Park as a school. After a day of fun and games we will end the day with a BBQ lunch provided by HSO and the Dad's Club.
