Specifically we both want to learn how Concussions are made, what happens in that instant second of when it happens, and what are ALL the symptoms that could happen

For Skateboarding…
Wear a helmet( Along with other protective gear) so you don’t fall and hit your head
For Football
Wear all of your protective gear and try not to get hit by others and don’t play too aggressive, just be aggressive so you can actually get the ball
For Boxing
Wear your mouthguard to help not getting your teeth knocked out and also try to play some defense and some offense because,”the best defense is the best offence” and try to stay somewhat back so you can land a punch but not get struck in the head. Try to protect your head area as well
Driving a Car/Vehicle
Never Call while driving
Stay on the road
Be aware of your surroundings
Don’t drink and drive
Always know your speed limit, lights, and the twists and turns on the road
Gymnastics:
- Just be safe when jumping off or doing something that might involve you falling or hitting your head because you might not know when you might fall and hurt yourself

Symptoms
Here are the symptoms for an concussion..
The three principal features of confusion are:
Inability to maintain a coherent stream of thought
A disturbance of awareness with heightened distractibility
Inability to carry out a sequence of goal-directed movements
The following are concussion symptoms:
Prolonged headache
Vision disturbances
Dizziness
Nausea or vomiting
Impaired balance
Confusion
Memory loss
Ringing ears
Difficulty concentrating
Sensitivity to light
Loss of smell or taste
