It is important to make sure you eat a balanced diet that includes foods from the five food groups on the healthy eating plate. You also need to make sure that you drink alot of water to keep hydrated. If you don't you will feel run down and not have much energy to play.
LOOKING
Brush your teeth after breakfast in the morning and before you go to bed.
AFTER
Make sure you use toothpaste that contains fluride.
TEETH
Make sure you brush the front, back and sides of all of your teeth.
Medicine Safety
Always keep your medicines and your first aid kit in a high or a locked cupboard.
