We are an amazing bunch! One of the best things you can do for your business and to boost your energy is to attend your local monthly meet up.

Let's Crank Up the Attendees and Orders!

1) Filling up our calendars with bookings
2) Hostess coaching
Since our shows are time away from our regular life, let's make them the most efficient we can to raise our dollars/hour.
OUTSIDE ORDERS are key. Think of the the invitation process as the launch pad for your business. Our Lounge has a great letter that we can easily send out to each hostess. I also send out one myself so it's super personal. Below is a template I save on my computer and send to each new hostess I've booked with:

Your friends and family can even start ordering now through this link if for some reason they can't make it to the trunk show. The link is also great to send out to people across the country so they can shop virtually. By shopping through your show, they'll get a flat discounted ship rate of $5.95 and you'll get more credits! This is a perfect way to get their hands on some gorgeous spring trends and check off their gift lists for the season.

For your local crew, I will also print up paper invites so if you want to email me the names and addresses, I'll mail them off for you. We're finding that electronic AND paper invites really help increase the attendance.

- After booking send the Hostess a packet including invites or mini lookbooks with trunk show specific labels so she can keep them in her bag and hand them out to others who weren't on her original list.
- Email her occasional style videos, national media clips, or any piece you think she'd love to get for free to keep her engaged and excited to continue inviting friends.
- Follow up the Monday of the week of the show and explain how excited you are to get there and share the spring style. You can also then tell her about your plan to say a quick Group Hello so people understand the plan of the night. By telling her, you're holding yourself accountable to do the Group Hello and you're setting yourself up for raising your dollars/hour since you'll be explaining details to a group vs. one on one. You can also then explain your plan of when you'll wrap up orders so that you can get home at a decent hour. By telling her ahead of time that you'll be wrapping up a few hours later, she'll help you reign those last few orders and then she can either keep partying or close up shop.
- More Outside Orders: While you're cleaning up, explain that the show is open for 3 more weeks and give her the $ amount of orders you two should try to collect to get to the top bracket of 25% in FREE product. Explain that that's probably just a few pairs of earrings and a necklace or bag. Making it simple and straightforward will encourage her to help.
- The next day, send a thank you note to her with a template of wording she could send off to all her friends (including those who couldn't make it) that people can still purchase through her show, get the flat $5.95 ship rate, and treat themselves or their family/friends to some spring bling!
