Staff Picks
Heidi is reading
Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens.
It's the story of a young girl named Kya, growing up in an isolated marsh in North Carolina. A second storyline follows a murder investigation in the town next to Kya's marsh. It's hard to give more details without giving away the story. I will say that this was not a book that I originally wanted to read. But having read it, I'm really glad that I did, because WOW! I have handed this book to many and recommended it to many others. Pick up your copy of Crawdads today. We have it in regular print, Large Print, Audiobook and on our pre-loaded Kindles.
