Juniors hold drive to benefit local women's shelter
"We chose this internship because we have always wanted to help people, especially minorities, women, and their children," said Nico. "My Sister's House gives us the opportunity to do that."
For their drive, they're looking for supplies to fulfill the pantry at the shelter. They are looking for supplies such as:
- deodorant
- hair care products
- boxed complete meals
- canned meat (tuna, chicken, etc)
- wrapped snacks for children
- juice boxes for children
- paper towels
- toilet paper

Thursday Clubs
Augmented Reality Sandbox
Location: Flex room- adjacent to Mrs. Manley's room.
This is an amazing opportunity to see an elevation color map, topographic contour lines, and simulated water. This is all hands-on to see landscapes come to life! This club environment is very relaxed for everyone that is interested.
Social Awareness Club
Location: Mrs. Roger's room
This club is a great opportunity to express your opinions and be able to educate yourself on public and social issues. Sometimes, you have to be careful on what you say and keep an open mind, if you're interested in expressing your opinions, this club is perfect for you!
Music Appreciation Club
Location: Mr. Harrison's room
This club is an amazing opportunity to kick back and relax and listen to your favorite music! In this club, you will be exposed to new music and also share your favorite songs with other people. If you're interested in taking a breather and relaxing to awesome music, this is the place for you!
Soccer & Football Club
These clubs are an amazing opportunity to burn some calories and build teamwork skills with your classmates. This will teach you the ways of the game and become closer to your classmates and building team working skills.
Art Club

Location: B14AThis club gives the perfect opportunity to show your artistic ability and spend time with classmates and friends. This environment of this club is very relaxed and everyone has fun.
Creative Writing Club
Location: Ms. Mullen's room
This club is the perfect opportunity to show your creative ability, peak your interest, and test your creativity. This club has a really relaxed environment and allows for your creative juices to marinate and advance your writing skills.

- Congrats to our Star Student Kateyln Lee and our Star Teacher Mrs. Long!
- Our Spring Fundraiser starts on March 29, selling knockout roses, gerber daises, geraniums, marigolds, begonias, and vincas. You can receive 1 service learning hour for the first flower sold and then 1 hour for every 5 sold after that, so keep an eye out for your packet!
- March Madness is coming up. If you're interested in participated, lookout for Student Council B Week March 21, 22, and 23.
- Yearbooks are now on sale! If you're interested, there's a sign up sheet on the Ms. White's door. They cost $55 dollars but you can receive a $5 discount if you purchase one before March 19.
- Spring Break is coming up March 30- April 8. The grading period ends on the 28th so make sure everything is done before then!
