Paperwork:
You need to have signatures on the envelope, triplicate form, Hold Harmless form and ethics form
Trailer Clean out:
The Plano West pigs will be on trailer CTE0010. On Friday (Tomorrow), you need to spend 20 minutes sweeping all of the shavings out of the trailer into the compost pile. You can do this while your pig is eating on Friday evening
EVERYONE MUST SWEEP!
On Monday morning, everyone needs to open a bag of shavings into trailer CTE0010 and spread it out
Schedule for Validation
Tuesday, November 20th
Callie, Ben and Chris will go with Mr. Graf to help at validation
12:45 PM - ALL STUDENTS BE IN PIG BARN READY TO LOAD PIGS
*Each FFA chapter will be loaded on a separate trailer. We must load each chapter in 15 minutes, be prepared to act quickly.
1:45 PM - Pigs will leave project center
2:15 PM - Pigs will arrive in McKinney for validation
2:30 PM - Our assigned validation time
3:15 PM - Pigs will leave McKinney for Plano
3:45 PM - Students need to be at project center to unload their pig (I will send out a Remind text when we leave McKinney to confirm the exact time.)Trailer Pen Assignments
