Congratulations to the selected BMS 7th & 8th grade Band students that participated in the All County Middle School Concert Band. Students worked very hard on their music individually and collectively within the large ensemble. The overall performance sounded wonderful and Mrs. Kline was very proud of their performance! Again, congratulations!!

Parents, guardians, and members or our community we need your help! On March 23rd BMS will host a Career Information Fair. We are looking for volunteers to come and share information about their career. Each volunteer will have a small table in our gym and students will have the ability to move from table to table to get information about the careers they have an interest in. If you choose to volunteer you will be needed from 8:45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. If you are interested in volunteering and receiving more information please complete the form below. We will only be able to have this event if we have enough volunteers!! Thank you.
Robotics Competition
South Hagerstown High School hosted the VEX Robotics "Starstruck" Competition and Skills Challenge on January 21, 2017. BMS sent 16 students who were competing with 4 different robots. This was Boonsboro Middle Schools first time competing in this. Our students did a great job at the competition. One of our teams made it all the way through to the semi-finals and one team came in 12th place overall. This entire year of building and tweaking the robots has been a true team effort. Students came together to achieve a common goal. We are looking forward to next year’s challenge and building even better robots!
FFA Field Trip
BMS has many different clubs that meet after school. Recently, our FFA students went on an evening field trip to Whitetail for some snow tubing excitement.
