Good and Bad Life in Nicaragua

Problems in Nicaragua
A problem in Nicaragua is the poverty. The percentage of people living below the poverty line is 48%. In the early 1980s, many sea turtles there on the beach began to disappear. Marine biologists figured out that sea turtle poachers were stealing the eggs to sell for money. A sea turtle poacher can sell 12 eggs for $5. Three effects that will effect the lives of people living there is that the population of turtles will go down, the poachers will get in trouble, and people might also become more educated about protecting wild life
