Benjamin Franklin while being a patriot is not very supportive of the Boston area party he wanted to avoid a conflict with the British and even went as far as repaying the Tea company for all of its lost profit. He had hoped the Patriots could gain independence without having to commit these crimes going to war.
George Washington
George Washington actually condemned the Boston Tea party he was wealthy and made some money off of the tea he expresses that the patriots should apologize to the East India company for what it did.
