Notes from the Teacher
December is upon us! Wow! How did that happen? :) I hope you all had a restful thanksgiving holiday.
This month our new virtue is Compassion. We will be talking alot about empathy and how to treat others. These are great conversations you can be having at home too! Students will be talking, reading and writing about compassion this month, so be sure to ask them about it!
The weather is starting to get chilly. Please be sure to send your student to school with the appropriate clothing for the weather. They WILL go outside to play unless it is pouring down rain, so please send them prepared. If you need help getting a winter coat, you can let me know or talk directly with the Family Connections Center here at school. We are more than happy to help!
The Ardmore Book Fair is open for one more day in the Library and will be open ONLINE until December 6th! If you order online, the books will ship directly to your house!
