My Future
Olivia Harrison
Left Brain Thinker
Although I am capable of using both the right and left side of my brain depending on the situation, I am most comfortable using the left side of my brain. That means I work better with step by step directions and focusing on the details. Because I am a left brain thinker, I could use more spontaneous and unplanned ideas that involve the big picture.
My Personality
#1 Gold
I have a Gold personality type. This means that I am generally organized and structured. As a Gold, I usualy need responsibilty to work well and I will usually take the lead in group projects. I work well with Blue personalities, but I struggle when I work with Orange personalities.
#2 Blue
People with Blue personalities tend to be the peacemakers of the group. They are loyal, optimistic, and nuturing. Blue people need a relationship to function in a group setting. They work well with Orange and Gold personalities.
#3 Green
Green people are intellectual and curious individuals who work best alone. People who are Green are logical and rational and use this to argue aggainst people. They need competency to function well when working.
#4 Orange
Orange personalites are spontaneous and creative. They like to act on instinct rather than plan something out. Orange people work well with Blue personalities and need freedom to function with group work.
Decision Making
Directive Style
When making decisions I tend to make them slowly and follow the directive style. People with that decision making style dislike group discussion, are practical, and are results oriented. Others could see my decision making as rigid, impersonal, and autocratic. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for authority and structure.
